摘要
Women pelvic floor disorders is a public health issue because of the frequency of symptoms and the discomfort for patients ranging from stress urinary incontinence in multi-compartment prolapse. Pre-treatment assessment is essential to optimize care. Perineal ultrasound is an aid in the assessment of pelvic floor disorders alone or in combination with MRI static in addition to the clinical examination. Perineal ultrasound is especially interesting compare to MRI in the study of stress urinary incontinence and in urethral or pelvic-perineal mesh. (C) 2013 Published by Elsevier Masson SAS.
