摘要：
The activity of aromatase enzyme [which converts androgens to estrogens] in male and female rat liver microsomes was determined using a radioenzymatic, tritiated H2O production technique. Aromatase enzyme activity was found in the mature rat liver microsomes of both sexes and was significantly higher (P < .05) in the female than in the male.
