摘要：
This article analyses the juridic fundaments of the peace keeping actions of the United Nations and, not being an abstract, is based in great measure in the autor's doctoral thesis. The article is divided in four sections: statement of the juridic problem; studies of the purposes and principles of the United Nations Act; studies of the United Nations' organs with peaceful arrangement of controversies, and conclusions.
