摘要：
The paper is devoted to the issues of criminal liability of persons that committed crimes when intoxicated. It proves the high social danger of crimes committed in a state of intoxication and examines different measures used by the state to fight this social phenomenon including the latest changes in the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation.
