摘要
A theoretical study of charge movement in blast furnaces indicates that an equilibrium state of the column of materials corresponds to the presence of static arches. Movement occurs when the arches break down through the presence of an active upper layer, and it becomes pulsating (at a frequency equal to the frequency with which charge portions are lowered into the furnace) when the stockline surface descends beyond the throat.
