DEVELOPING OF INFORMATIONAL AND ANALYTICAL COMPETENCE IN ACTIVITIES OF BACHELOR-LIBRARIAN

Competence-oriented education was implemented in the third generation of the Federal State Educational Standard of Higher Professional Education (FSES HPE) basic and special professional competencies to graduate qualification (degree) Bachelor of direction 071900.62 "Library and Information Activities". In this case it is logical to understand that competence is an ability of graduate bachelor of library and information direction to apply the knowledge, skills and personal qualities for the successful work. It should be noted the informational and analytical competence which include analysis routines is the most important professional competence that must have a Bachelor of direction "Library and Information Activities". "Analytic-synthetic processing of information" was included such fundamental information-analytical course in the basic part the preparation students of direction "Library and Information Activities" for the implementation of the basic educational program in the direction of Baccalaureate in FSES HPE. Variety of the training cycle professional education Bachelor of Library and Information activities is determined by the particular institution according to the specialized units installed by FSES HPE. For the educational program provided for the standard profile "information-analytical activity" of the Department of Library and Information Activities of "Tyumen State Academy of Culture, Arts and Social Technologies" was offered 23 education courses: "The Russian language and culture of speech", "Concepts of modern science", "Foreign language (the profile)", "Politology", "Local History", "Conflictology", "Mathematical methods and models in professional activities", "Personal Information Culture"; "Information Resources", "Analytical Technology", "Text Analytics", "Organization of information and analytical activities", "Information and analytical products and services", "Intelligent Information Systems", "Multimedia Technology Library and Information Activities", "Organizational Culture information firm", "Bibliography activities of the library", "Information Law", "Introduction to the profession", "Regional library", "Document management", "information and legal systems", "Methods of Teaching library disciplines". So presented in a projected series of Library Information and Analytical Bachelor of Library and Information Activities disciplines meaningful coordinated with each other and systematically reflect the totality of theoretical and applied knowledge, focused on the usage of a professional activity.
