摘要
This multi-case study examines how three security firms in South Africa, at different stages in their evolutionary lifecycle, exploit entrepreneurial behavioural capabilities to innovate with technology-mediated services. The Dynamic Entrepreneurial Capabilities conceptual framework, a hybrid organiza0tional capability framework for analysing impacts of complex and discontinuous technology innovation on organizations, is used. Its emphasis on insight and heuristics was found to be highly appropriate for understanding the behavioural reality of the case organizations' orientations pro and contra entrepreneurial activity.
