摘要：

Fifty-seven specific and infraspecific taxa of benthic marine algae were found in the South portion of Limoeiro' Saco (S 25-degrees-33' - 25-degrees-34' e W 48-degrees-18' - 48-degrees-19' - Mel Island), Paranagua Municipality, Parana State, Brazil, during the period of October/91 to October/92. Reproductive structures, ocurrence of species, the association between algae, sazonal and horizontal/vertical distributions on mangrove vegetation, were observed in this work.
