摘要
The formal kinetics of a system of irreversible isokinetic consecutive reactions is established considering a common (pseudo-) first order rate constant k. The characteristics of each kinetic curve are described as well as relationships independent of time (partial vs total conversion). Some examples from the literature on hydrocarbon catalytic conversion illustrate and substantiate this kinetic model, which can give information on the relative reactivities of the various points of the molecule considered.
