ANALYSIS OF STRAWBERRY AROMA WITH SOLID-PHASE MICROEXTRACTION

摘要
The concentration profile of aroma components in a homoginate of fresh strawberries were investigated with liquid-liquid extraction and solid phase micro extraction (SPME). The aim of investigation was to test the SPME-technique for aroma analysis in the process of plant breeding. Some key compounds of strawberry aroma, especially semi-volatile compounds are quantificated from the head space with a reproducibility useable for screening methods.
