DIGITAL PHASE METER FOR WEAK LOW-FREQUENCY SIGNALS

The instrument is designed for measurement of the phase tags of sine-wave signals with frequencies of 2-100 Hz and amplitudes of from 4-mu-V to 4 mV Processing is performed by a computer (DVK-3) using a quasioptimal algorithm in real time. A feature of the instrument is the lack of a channel for reference-voltage input to the computer (readings of the reference-voltage harmonics are stored in memory). The mean-square instrumental error is 0.3-degrees.
