ELECTRONIC RECORDS INFORMATION SYSTEM OF RUSSIAN FEDERATION ARCHIVAL FUND: APPROACHES TO IMPLEMENTATION

摘要
The purpose of this research is a choice of approaches for creating an Electronic records Information system for Russian Federation Archival Fund and the perspectives of its development in accordance with principles of DoD 5015.2-STD International Standard requirements and specifications of MoReq2 (2010). A brief comparative characteristic of standard DoD 5015.2-STD is given - "Standard requirements for the development of software applications for electronic document management" and also the specifications of MoReq2 (2010). There is shown a compliance of many MoReq2 requirements with functional requirements of Archival Fund Electronic records Information system, the main functionality of which is - record-keeping procedures and the formation of statistical reporting. A description of archival unit attributive structure is given as well as a conflict between records attributes themselves and search attributes on which the finding aids of Archival Fund is based. The conclusion about the need for a paradigm of the dynamic expansion of the attributive structure is made.
