摘要：
Eight All Aboard job fairs were conducted in Arkansas and Kansas during 1991 for people with disabilities and senior citizens. Applicants (N = 476), employers (N = 126), and resource agency representatives (N = 57) rated All Aboard as a ''good to excellent'' method for promoting the employment of nontraditional groups. Seventy-three people secured jobs through the All Aboard job fairs.
