THE ANISOTROPY OF THE COSMIC MICROWAVE BACKGROUND-RADIATION ON THE GREAT ATTRACTOR AND ON SIMILAR STRUCTURES

Negative fluctuations of cosmic microwave background with a lower amplitude limit of 50 muK (at a 90% confidence level) in the direction of the Great Attractor (GA), Shapley Supercluster, and other GA-type structures, which were revealed during the RELIKT experiment, are discussed. Two hypotheses are proposed to explain this phenomenon: the Syunyaev-Zel'dovich effect and change of photon frequency in a variable gravitational field (Rees-Sciama effect). Other structures with a similar effect on the microwave background were found.
