From the ninety decade Colombia introduced an economical model in which policies of protection for local promoters presented a transition to a market of free competence. This main aspect help the country to get involved into the challenges of a globalized world, where the human resources and the academy have an important role. That's how modifications in higher learning, look for a commitment from the universities to promote processes of continuous improvement, in which the adoption of the credit system and the development of labor competitions will improve the competitiveness of its graduates and help them in their evolution in labor world. In the relating to the economic science, this one has to enrich the curriculums of the accountancy faculty and provide the necessary tools to the future accountant, tools that will allow the individual to be part of important decisions, and been a fundamental part of the development of the country. In this context, is necessary to establish the different labor competitions of the public accountancy students in the economy area, in the way that will allow us to identify the pedagogical requirements that are need for their professional education, this will create a narrow between the labor world and the educational world.
