摘要
Cobalt-molybdenum and nickel-molybdenum gas diffusion electrodes with different compositions were prepared by sintering the metallic powders with filler material at different temperatures, and characterized for hydrogen oxidation in a 30wt% KOH solution at 25-degrees-C. Hydrogen oxidation was apparently enhanced on the cobalt-molybdenum as compared with the nickel-molybdenum and the electrodes composed of only cobalt, nickel or molybdenum. The reaction speed of hydrogen oxidation was significantly influenced by electrode composition and sintering temperature, which were optimized for the reaction.
