Magnetic Relaxation of (La1-xSrx)(2)CuO4 Single Crystals with Various Sr Composition

摘要
The magnetization curves of (La1-xSrx)(2)CuO4 single crystals a. re classified into two types. In the under-doped region (x < 0.075), magnetization dccrcases with power of the time, M(t) = M(0)t(-alpha). The current depended pinning potential, U = U0In(J(c)/J), explains this behavior. In the over-doped region (x >= 0.075), relaxation rate increases for increasing field and temperature at first. But there is a bump on B-T plane, whose position corresponds to the second peak.
