摘要
Given the contemporaneity of racism in Brazil and its connection with the disparity of access to fundamental rights for the black community; including the right to education, the purpose of this article is to investigate, using bibliographical and documentary verification how the ethnic-racial discussion is demarcated on the goals of the National Plan of Education - Law no 13.005/2014 (PNE). We conclude that the discussion of ethnic and racial issues is still quite veiled in the PNE structure, keeping the central guidelines to combat racism in education in marginality, such as the implementation of the Law no 10.639/2003 in all educational spheres and the specific education of teachers to discussion of ethnic-racial relations.
