摘要：

Problem solving format of relations between the two countries in the former Soviet Union - Russia and Ukraine - is rather complicated and controversial. Intransigence of both sides in the first years of independence, mutual accusations at different levels - all of which resulted in inhibition establishing friendly and good neighborly relations. This question covered in this article.
