摘要
A version of the approximate factorization method for calculating the equations of gas dynamics which describe subsonic and supersonic gas flows in two-dimensional channels is proposed. By analysing the convergence of the iterations, a set of parameters which ensures rapid convergence is obtained. It is shown by experiment that the number of iterations needed to achieve a given accuracy is independent of the number of mesh points along the channel axis and increases only slightly (as ln N) as N - the number of mesh points across the channel increases.
