摘要
At the present time, to assist the notions Risk and Disaster critically does not respond to random; considering that both are the result of the culture and social experience interaction. The modern society in direct relationship with the economic capitalist pattern is articulated with a moral system that legitimates the production of risks. In this sense, wondering on which values the ethical system of these societies of manufactured risk is erected is worthwhile. The relation power-knowledge committed in politics on risks seems to have been displaced by the politization of these; which makes thinking deeply of this bond correspondence, whose effectiveness implies the understanding of the disaster as a social construct and this supposes a deep reflexive action about the dichotomy risk-perception.
