摘要
The safety management systems have a role in ensuring the attendance of more than the applicable employment laws. It became an issue of competitiveness for companies to ensure that safety is considered variable in their business strategies. To ensure this happens effectively, it is necessary to implement a Safety Management System in line with the needs of each organization. This article aims to conduct a comparative analysis between two types of system management Health and Safety (OHS) applied an automotive industry located in the metropolitan region of Porto Alegre. From this analysis it was found that the management model used must be aligned with business objectives to actually add value to their processes.
