QUENCHING DISTANCES AND MINIMUM IGNITION ENERGIES OF GASEOUS PROPYLENE-AIR MIXTURES

摘要
Using a previously described model, the minimum ignition energies of propylene-air mixtures with different propylene-air ratios have been calculated using the measured quenching distances and the initial pressures of these mixtures. The results, in good agreement with the measured values by capacitor discharge ignition systems, are discussed in correlation with other explosivity parameters.
