摘要
Thulitsm oxide-doped bariturs titanate ceramics for NI LCCs with peroyskite structure were prepared by a sintering process at 1320 degrees C fbr 2 h in a reduced atmosphere.Ne effect or rrnana addition On dielectric property of barium titanate ceramics has been studied in tOrriffi or their microstructurnes. Moreover. the phase identification or the dielectric Specimens was conducted to define the secondary phase (pyrochlore). The specimen doped with I rrsol3/4 Trrt20, exhibited the highest dielectric constant. nowayar, the dialearria constants of espaeirnana with than '2 ntort4. rtvt.t), to tiWrit )) ware the lower values than that or I moire doped one- The strain size and the fbrrnation of pyre:anon, phase associated with the dielectric properties were examined through morphology develeptnent and the structural analysis. ronharrincres these data were compared with Mc property of the dielectric material doped with Era degrees, It could be concluded that the dielectric Property of ceramic capacitors were attributed to the change Of pyrochlore phase and the tetragcmality lasaTIO, with doping
