摘要
The capacitive coupling between two microstrip lines crossing diagonally above a ground plane in a multilayered dielectric substrate is analyzed through a quasistatic approach based on the space-domain integral equation method. The typical evolutions of the normalized lumped excessive capacitances for nonorthogonal crossover configurations are presented.
