摘要
Von Recklinghausen's disease is the most common neuroectodermoses. Its clinical manifestations are polymorphic in adulthood, with predominant in skin. The digestive localization is rare but not exceptional. We report three cases of digestive localization of von Recklinghausen's disease diagnosed at the Teaching Hospital of Brazzaville. These locations were duodenal, colonic and recto-level of the omentum. It seems appropriate to carry out thorough investigations into the digestive von Recklinghausen's disease in adults, in fear of malignant transformation in digestive cancer to allow for adequate care.
