摘要：

In a society mediated by digital technology, comprise how young people use cyberspace is a key issue in ensuring education and citizenship. This research seeks to build a profile of young people who access the internet in Aracaju/SE through a survey questionnaire conducted in 2014 at the Institute Luciano Barreto Junior (ILBJ). It is a qualitative research, in an analysis built from the case study and incorporated as inductive method. Reports of the Internet Steering Committee (2012; 2014) and Fundacao Telefonica (2014) helped to shape the profile of young people who go online in Sergipe, as users who prefer smartphones mobility in moments of contact with cyberspace.
