摘要
Electron attachment reactions in pure CF4 clusters and heterogeneous clusters composed of CF2Cl2 and O2 are studied. In the system CF4, effective energy randomization leads to the formation of CF4- monomers which occurs through dissipation of several electronvolts of excess energy among the target aggregate. From the mixed clusters, ions of the form ClO2- and ClO- are generated. ClO- is the result of a complex scattering reaction in the ionized aggregate associated with the cleavage of two chemical bonds and the formation of a new molecule.
