摘要：
In early 1995, physicians coming from eight regions of France took part in the elaboration of a diagnostic tree for the diagnosis of pulmonary embolism. This diagram, based on practice, shows the position of lung scan with regard to the other diagnostic methods. It specifies the cases when angiography is necessary. It is not, however, scientifically validated.
