摘要：
Global financial crisis undermined the main financial markets through- out the world, including Ukraine and reduced the trust of the community to domestic banking system; it is indicated by statistics, which shows the record low growth of deposit portfolio and mass withdrawal of money. In such situation reforms in deposit insurance system which includes implementation of new repayment and risk-adjusted premium systems become more popular in order to protect depositors' interests and finally a whole banking system. To protect small interests means to achieve great goals.
