摘要
They present in this article the advances of an investigation orientated to identifying and proposing a route to analyze the interaction between the variables of the human capital and of the relational and / or social capital as components of the intellectual capital (CI), and to determine his incident in the generation of value in an organization. For it a search of articles was realized in different databases. The principal results of the review drive to that, by means of a correct addressing of the relations between the capitals I humanize and relational and / or socially, the organization will have aptitude to create value, constituting this way a competitive advantage of important high place. This allows that the identification and measurement of the variables of the human capital (CH) and of the relational capital (CR) and / or share capital (CS), as well as the valuation of both as intangible assets, or from another look, as the aptitude to generate tangible assets in his interrelationships, they represent an interesting area of work for future investigations.
