摘要:
Synthesis and characterization of 1-(2-pyridyl)-3-benzyl-benzimidazolium salt and 1-(2-pyridyl)-3-(1-naphthylmethyl)-benzimdazolium salt were reported, These compounds can be used as ligands of NHCs by deprotonation. And their photophysical properties were examined in this work. Experimental data confirm that the emission maximum locate at 343 nm and 543 nm upon excitation at 280 nm in CH2Cl2 solution, respectively.
