摘要
The kinetic behaviour of a tyrosinase biosensor, including the effect of several parameters on the enzyme activity and on the rate of oxygen consumption, is studied. The Michaelis-Menten constant values for tyrosinase using several substrates and different experimental conditions are determined. Also the properties of the biosensor in the analysis of phenols, such as the sensitivity, the linearity range and the best operative conditions, eg the temperature and pH, as well as the effect of some interferences are evaluated.
