Between research, practice and policy: the higher council of education of the province of Quebec, an original approach

摘要
This article describes a unique and original process relating to the co-construction of knowledge with the aim of supporting the development of public policies in education. The author delineates the relationship between research as a process in producing knowledge, the intervention of participants in the educational system bringing practical knowledge, and the development of public policies. She then presents an analysis of a report produced by the Superior Council of Education, a council advising the Minister of Education and the Government of Quebec. These reports deal with all education questions dealing with all the levels of education, the education of adults, as well as education outside the formal school system.
