摘要
To avoid cracks appearing on a light bus body. sensitivity analysis and structural optimization are applied successfully in its large dynamics model. which is composed of cab, floor, top. left and right sides and with over 60.000 degrees of freedom. First, sensitivity analysis. is applied in every sub-assembly of above mentioned five parts so that the most sensitive component of each part can be found. Then. the thickness constants of a few components are selected as the design variables for the optimization of the assembled body-in-white. The object is decreasing the highest five peak stresses of all local dangerous areas. The Modification is demonstrated to be able to control the structural static behavior as a whole and to avoid the shifting of the cracks. In addition, the dynamic characteristic is hardly decreased. and the weight nearly not increased.
