摘要：
The analysis of the speeches of the representatives of the Executive in the press conference after the first Council of Ministers of the current Spanish legislature provides an insight into the initiatives to legitimize a policy determined by a set of measures contrary to the context textual strategies electoral program that the PP won the elections through a ritualized oral speech to several instances of receipt, immediately -journalistic community that acts as a hub discourse between specialization and dissemination- and the real society whole.
