摘要
This paper describes and proposes a standard lessons-learned process within the framework of modern project management. The research is based on national and international literature review and the investigation of the implementation process status in Colombian oil and gas subsector. This subsector is one of the most important country subsectors, not only from the economic view but also for being one of the leaders in project management best practices appropriation. As a result of the qualitative analysis, documented through interviews and surveys, a process description, process flow and diagram interaction inputs, techniques and outputs is proposed, for the identification, documentation, analysis and application of lessons learned, looking for a standardized guide to run this process within the modern project management framework. This approach aims to contribute to sector growth and competitiveness, and process effectiveness improvement, using learning-based experiences.
