THE INERTIAL-RANGE SPECTRUM OF FULLY-DEVELOPED MAGNETOHYDRODYNAMIC TURBULENCE

摘要
This note suggests that the classical inertial-range spectrum of fully developed Magnetohydrodynamic (MHD) turbulence should be modified in presence of intermittency. We show that the pseudo-energy density spectra of both the Alfvenic modes follow a k-(3/2+PSI) power law and, introducing two intermittency cascade models, we find the function PSI.
