摘要
Bogota's Pilot Plan is already over sixty years. A common statement has become a legend among the local architects: "Le Corbusier came to Bogota and designed a plan which luckily wasn't implemented because it would have destroyed the city." This article tries to refute such a misguided cliche. Bogota's downtown wasn't destroyed by Le Corbusier's ideas but for its inherent dynamics. Nowadays it is basically "modern", but it is far from the concept of modernity proposed by Le Corbusier. Many of his proposals are still in force and it is important to continue with their study in a world that it is not certain yet about what to do with its cities.
