摘要：
This text discusses the implications of the new accusatory penal system for the Judicial Police and the responsibilities that this new system implies for the institution. It also explores the demands for the implementation of the system, those aspects that the Judicial Police should keep in mind and modify to optimize its competence, and topics related to modernizing and training police officers to enhance their efficiency.
