摘要
This paper presents a new representation scheme for homogeneous texture images. Each image is represented as a set of feature frequency matrices which captures the frequencies of occurrence of joint feature events. Feature events are extracted by operators defined by users and/or applications. The efficacy of the representation is demonstrated by comparing it with other methods in classification problems.
