摘要
Superconducting proximity effect in the dirty limit system is investigated based on a microscopic wave function for the three-dimensional system. The boundary condition of the pair potential is obtained with use of Green's function method. The microscopic foundation of de Gennes' boundary condition is obtained for the first time in the three-dimensional system. © 1990.
