摘要
Differential scanning calorimetric studies have been made of some pure phosphatidyl glycerol (PG) lipid-water systems. The influence of pH, salt concentration and the monovalent cations (Na+, K+ and NH4+) upon the lipid phase transitions have been studied. The calorimetric data is compared with corresponding monolayer data on related systems. The kinetics of the formation of a metastable crystalline phase observed with a PG/calcium complex at a ratio of two lipid molecules for each Ca2+ ion are described. © 1979.
