摘要
Electron emission excited during switching of the polarization of ferroelectric TGS crystals by an alternating electric field with sinusoidal as well as rectangular shape has been investigated. The electrons are emitted during every second half-period of the exciting electric field. The switching field strenght and temperature influence the number of electrons emitted during emissively active half-period of a field cycle. The results obtained are discussed.
