Analogy and hermeneutics: Towards an analogical epistemology for the narrative biblical text and its theology

The research and application of the analogical model to the biblical narrative text can help biblical hermeneutics not only to benefit from the best contribution of modern and postmodern epistemological tendencies, but also to avoid the hard objectivist univocality of the first and the hard subjectivist equivocality of the second trend. The main reason is that this analogical model seeks to place itself prudentially between these two tendencies, without predominance of any of them.
