摘要：
During the last 5-6 years there is an active discussion in Bulgaria related to "cloud calculations", "cloud structures", "cloud services" and other notions under the common name of "cloud technologies" connected with the "cloud concept". The goal of the present paper is to clarify some of these notions and to trace their appearance and development. Five characteristics are discussed concerning "cloud calculations" and services which "cloud technologies" propose. The "cloud" types are considered too. What are pointed out are some advantages of the "cloud technologies", some risks in their use and critical notes. Possible applications of "cloud calculations" to Education domain are classified.
