摘要：
It was investigated the delayed-type hypersensitivity (DTH) test with autologous lymphocytes, preliminary incubated with mitogen phytogemagglutinin, in 156 patients with lung cancer, 48 patients with chronic non-specific;lung diseases, 14 patients with benign lung tumors and 14 healthy subjects. There has been found a high positive correlation of the induction of the DTH-reaction with the dynamics of oncological processes. This test is advisable for an estimation of the efficacy of surgical therapy, early exposure of metastatic spreading, and for complex diagnosis of lung cancer.
