摘要：
A mathematical model describing the gravitational sedimentation of aggregates of magnetic fluid particles in uniform magnetic fields is proposed to compare the sedimentation rates in vertical and horizontal magnetic fields of the same intensity. Conducted for intensities that are substantially less or substantially greater than some characteristic value, the comparison is consistent with experimental data.
