摘要：
Clinical and psychologic examinations of 44 patients with alopecia areata (mostly with the total form of the dermatosis) helped detect grave psychoemotional disorders and changes in the personality structure. The severity and type of the detected shifts correlated with clinical features of the disease. The results call for rendering special psychologic care to patients with alopecia areata.
