摘要
Multi-joint training does not just lead to improvement in body strength but also simultaneously to improvement in mobility and inter-muscular co-ordination. Moreover the training is very functional and does not put much strain on the joints. Nonetheless most training in practice concentrates on single joints. This is due to the complexity of our nervous and muscle system which compels us to view our joints singly. In this article, the authors present the bio-mechanical fundamentals of multi-joint training, give practical examples of exercises as well as clarify the linkages to natural mobility.
